Since the internet and social media became the new way to market businesses, some folks thought Press Releases were now swept under the mat and considered “old school”.

Press Releases have been around for decades, but in no way are they an “old” marketing technique.

They are in fact a fabulous addition to our newer ways of marketing.

What about local Press Releases?

Adding local place names like cities and towns is a great way to help people find your news online.

If there is a video, make sure to add the city or town to the video as well – both in the Title and the Description.

  8. I create a Draft Press Release and share it with you for your feedback
  9. when we’re happy with it, I publish it online
  10. if you have a WordPress website, I also provide PDF instructions on how to add the Press Release to your site (or if you prefer, I can do this for you, we can discuss further)
