Hello and welcome! If we haven’t met yet, I’m Teena Hughes and some of the business tasks I can perform for you are:

  • video creation, publishing and marketing
  • update and editing videos
  • set up video Automation prcess for businesses including Podcasts
  • and much more
  • in order to to do so, the Requests need to be logged into my Project system by filling in the form below.

“Teena, how does “billing time” work?”

All time I spend on each Project is “billing time” to be charged.

Please note:

  1. the reading and writing of emails is part of each Project, and the time taken to do so is part of the billing time
  2. receiving and making phone calls about a Project is part of the billing time
  3. if I am asked to try to solve something in several different ways (or asked to “find” a solution), the amount of time I take to research each solution, make recommendations, and perform the tasks is all part of the billing time.

All time I spend on each Project is billing time to be charged.

To put this in perspective

If I contact a plumber, they arrive and see they need to go buy parts (which weren’t obvious from my initial call to them), all of their time they work (including the travel time to buy parts) is charged back to me. Quite often they also charge travelling to and from their clients’ premises.

The same principle works here. I am a Consultant and I am paid for the amount of time spent on a Project.

For example, if I spend 10 minutes, 45 minutes, an hour etc back and forth on emails or phone calls with you, the typing time, the reading time and the talking time are all part of your Project, and is part of the billing time.

  • The initial enquiry phone call is not charged.

What happens at the end of the Project?

When I have finished the requested tasks:

  • I will contact you via email to let you know.
  • I will advise the balance of the blocks of time.
  • I will ask if you’re happy, and if you are, I will ask if you would be so kind as to create a Testimonial which I can share on my website:
    • written in an email format
    • recorded as an audio file – via your phone or computer
    • recorded as a selfie  video (or other type of video)
    • this will help me with my marketing, and I would really appreciate it – thank you so much in advance!
